We sometimes tend to think that if things go this way or the other, life will be better. But, not to be a Debbie Downer, it won’t. Things can only get better if we look to God and not man. When we put our faith in man, we will always be disappointed. When we put our hope in this world, we will never find peace or calmness until we find it in God.
I love listening to YouTube while I clean and do my daily task. And I love reading blogs during my downtime. I’ve come to find an amazing group of women that share my same roles, beliefs, and views on homemaking, motherhood, and marriage roles in general, and would love to share them with you today.
As a Homemaker, we tend to allow ourselves to fall into the pit of the never ending routines. We wake up, get ourselves and everyone else ready for the day. You make breakfast, wash the dishes, clean the house, tend to your children, make lunch, wash the dishes, clean up and so on. It starts to become so mundane, that we begin to lack interest and efficiency in our role as homemakers.
