I’d be lying to you if I said I’ve never dealt with anxiety or depression. It’s something that I have only learned how to cope with through the grace of God and His mercy. There were moments in my infertility struggle that I felt like I was alone. There were times of loss when I felt like all hope was gone. But, through God amazing grace, I’ve been able to push through those troubling times.
Being a mother has been one of the biggest blessings that I’ve ever gotten to experience in my life. Alongside that, It’s also been the toughest. Moms, we can go on and on about the list of things that makes life just a little bit more complicated and stressful when it comes to being a wife and mother. But that’s not what I’m referring to when I say “toughest.”
What are your plans for the upcoming New Year? Granted, the whole world is still in pandemic mode, but that doesn’t mean we can’t try and better ourselves for the good right?
We sometimes tend to think that if things go this way or the other, life will be better. But, not to be a Debbie Downer, it won’t. Things can only get better if we look to God and not man. When we put our faith in man, we will always be disappointed. When we put our hope in this world, we will never find peace or calmness until we find it in God.
